This chatbot is infused with stories, reflections, and ideas gathered over 30 years of professional experience and 50+ years of life experience.
I love nature and often meet with leaders, teams, colleagues, family, and friends for what I call “Walking and Talking” sessions… we walk side by side, talk, think, and learn together. Many of my stories capture the learning from these sessions. I’m not planning to stop connecting and learning with people in nature, but this chatbot ‘also’ allows people worldwide to connect and learn with me, even if we can’t physically have a ”Walking and Talking” session together.
I hope you find the interactions insightful and valuable.

How can I improve my team meetings using dialogue?
To improve your team meetings using dialogue, consider the following steps: 1. **Implement Check-Ins:** Start meetings with a \'Check-In\' to ensure everyone feels welcomed, present, and engaged. This can set a positive tone and ensure that attendees are mentally present and ready to participate. 2. **Dialogue Actions:** Consider the use of \'Dialogue Actions\' to ensure functional conversations. Make sure that every team member can comfortably propose (Move), agree (Follow), disagree (Oppose), and ask questions or add inputs (Bystand). This will ensure all perspectives are heard and considered, making conversations more skillful and balanced. 3. **Utilize Dialogue Circles:** Arrange meetings in a circle without a table in between. This setup fosters a sense of togetherness, openness, vulnerability, and encourages everyone to speak up and be heard. 4. **Emphasize Inclusivity and Listening:** Foster an environment where everyone takes turns speaking and actively listening. This ensures that each person builds upon what they’ve heard, unveiling collective wisdom and promoting a sense of unity and equality. Implementing these strategies can transform your meetings into more cohesive, inclusive, and effective dialogues.
